1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EjenPlus platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1.3 Description of Service

EjenPlus is a cloud-based Sales Team Management System designed for Malaysian agencies and sales teams across various industries including real estate, insurance, travel, financial advisory, telecommunications, and more. The Service provides commission calculation and management, agent hierarchy and team management, order and submission tracking, document management, analytics and reporting, billing, and related features.

1.4 User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

1.5 Subscription Plans

  • Standard Plan: RM 399/month — full access to all features excluding WhatsApp notifications.
  • Premium Plan: RM 499/month — full access to all features including WhatsApp notifications.
  • Both plans include unlimited agents and unlimited submissions.
  • Optional: RM 900 one-time on-site training and setup.
  • A 7-day free trial is available for new agencies.

1.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by EJENPLUS PLT and are protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EJENPLUS PLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

1.9 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, business registration number.
  • Agent Data: Agent profiles, contact details, rank, hierarchy position, bank account details (for commission payout tracking).
  • Transaction Data: Order submissions, commission calculations, payment records, billing information.
  • Customer Data: Customer/client information entered by your agency (names, contact details, IC numbers, transaction and deal details).
  • Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, features used, and session duration.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process commission calculations and payouts
  • To send transactional notifications (email, WhatsApp where enabled)
  • To provide customer support
  • To improve the Service through analytics
  • To comply with legal obligations

2.3 Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures including role-based access control, audit logging, and secure authentication.
  • Data is hosted in the Asia-Pacific region.

2.4 Data Ownership

  • Your data remains yours. All agency data, agent records, customer files, orders, and commission records entered into the system belong to your agency.
  • Upon subscription cancellation, your data will remain accessible until your subscription end date. After that, data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
  • You may request a data export at any time by contacting support.

2.5 Third-Party Services

  • We use trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure, hosting, messaging, and email delivery to operate the Service.
  • These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.6 Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

2.7 Your Rights

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format

2.8 Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

2.9 Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

3. Refund & Billing Policy

3.1 Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.

3.2 Free Trial

  • New agencies receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • No payment information is required to start a trial.
  • At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

3.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused features, or early termination.

3.4 No Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.
  • We encourage agencies to use the 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

3.5 Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
